2007 ENDO PATIENT SATISFACTION SURVEY

Each year, The Gastroenterology Endoscopy Center selects a period of time, and hands a paper survey to patients who have completed a procedure within in the Tualatin or Oregon City Endoscopy Centers. In June 2007, 500 surveys were handed out, with a response rate of 36.6% or 183 returned surveys.

Our patients find our Endoscopy Centers comfortable with ample parking. Patients also said that our nursing staff was attentive and responsive to their needs.

What do we need to improve?

Patients would like us to provide better, more information prep instructions.

What did we change?

We reviewed our prep instructions, and made them easier to understand. We also provided links to them on our webpage, under the Procedure section.
