Oregon City Office and Oregon City Gastroenterology Center
 
From North or South I-205: Take Oregon City/Park Place exit #10. This will take you onto Hwy 213. Going east at the first light (Washington Street), take a right. Home Depot will be on your left. You will pass a light at Home Depot and a flashing light on Abernethy. Continue to the next light at 15th Street and make a left. This is a very steep hill. At the top of the hill, you will see Willamette Falls Hospital. Make a left onto Division St. Go to Davis Road and make a right. Go east to the undercover parking garage. Enter at this level. We are the first door on the right, The Medical Office, Building 2, Suite 15.

From I-205: Merge onto I-5 North and exit 289. Turn left at the light at the top of the ramp, onto Nyberg Road. Bear left onto SW Tualatin-Sherwood Rd. Turn right on 90th Avenue and you'll see our building.
From I-5: Take the Tualatin exit 289, turning right if you are going south or left if you are going north, onto Nyberg Road. Bear left onto SW Tualatin-Sherwood Road. Turn right on 90th and you'll see our building.
Newberg Office
 
From I-5 North: Travel westbound on SR-99W (Pacific Hwy W) through Tigard and Sherwood. As you enter Newberg, turn left onto Providence Drive and you will arrive at Providence Medical Center. Go to Suite 110.
From I-5 South: Take exit 289. Turn right onto ramp Tualatin / Sherwood. Turn right onto SW Nyberg Rd. Bear left onto SW Tualatin-Sherwood Rd. Turn left onto SR-99W (SW Pacific Hwy W). Turn left onto Providence Drive and you will arrive at Providence Medical Center. Go to Suite 110.
From 217 South: Take exit 6 on ramp OR-99W/Tigard/McMinnville. Turn right onto SR-99W (SW Pacific Hwy). Turn left onto Providence Drive and you will arrive at Providence Medical Center. Go to Suite 110.
From Wilsonville Rd.: Drive west on SW Wilsonville Rd. Turn right onto SR-219 (NE St Paul Hwy). Turn right onto SR-219 (Villa Rd), then immediately turn right onto SR-99W (Pacific Hwy W). Turn right onto Providence Drive and you will arrive at Providence Medical Center. Go to Suite 110
